Would much rather have fewer codes with more substantial amounts during events, Than miss a $2 code thats good for 30 seconds everyday during work. Doesn't matter what the "potential amount" is if the majority aren't going to get even close to that.

Grateful that they give any codes at all, but I do think as customers we're allowed to throw them some feedback about the way they promote.

The Wednesday code is a gimme. If you miss out on a code that is consistently posted in the regular and codes-only thread here in the same one-hour window every week, then you're doing it wrong. Unless your job means you're driving or unable to use your phone then.

I work directly with customers so unfortunately I can't have set aside time to be away. They are West coast like me unfortunately so their work hours are my work hours.

Yeah, I have a regular day job in front of a computer and only missed some of the Wednesday codes. Unless the job is driving around or unable to use phone, then there's really no room for complaining.

I'm really struggling to understand SS's Friday the 13th strategy here. Their blog post they posted yesterday (https://www.sideshowtoy.com/blog/join-sideshow-on-friday-the-13th-for-frightful-fun/) said to follow their social media "to catch contests, codes, or other cool content that could run at any point, 24 hours a day," but so far the only special things they've done are a couple of contests on Facebook and a single $2 RP code they released at 2:30 AM Pacific.

No other RP codes? No sales or discount codes at all? Are they saving a bunch of stuff until the evening or later tonight?

Trust me, I understand that I am not entitled to anything from Sideshow, and they didn't even have to do the things they've already done today. It just seems odd to hype up "Friday the 13th Festivities at Sideshow" and tell people to "make sure" we're following them on all their social media platforms only for it it be so lackluster (at least so far). It's like they're setting us up to be disappointed.

Well, the day ain't over yet. This is apparently running until 12 AM PST, so that's almost another ten hours.
