I've made offers similar both in the past and this year. I've offered to donate to specific charities, a charity of their choice, volunteer, etc and never been chosen. Last year I think someone was picked for taking selfies at target wearing a wig and a onesie. I think they got a PF out of it too. Obviously this stuff is rigged to a point.

Ah so they're selective about this stuff.
One other issue is I'd need a video camera to enter, I don't own one.

I missed one of the $5 ones so overall did pretty well. I assume SPOOKYTHANKS is the last one. I’m overall happy with $55 for not doing much. Makes up somewhat for not receiving one of those $50 off coupons they sent out earlier in the summer.
