What would work is if you offer a deal to someone that wants to use your code... They PayPal you the funds and you order on their behalf and ship directly to them.

They get a discounted price and you get the reward points for the purchase.

Of course there’s a certain degree of trust and risk with such an arrangement so, as always, proceed with caution.
