There are new giveaways practically every week that occur outside of our social feeds, so those are always available to those who aren't on twitter or Facebook. Almost every new PreOrder has a giveaway opportunity on the site. Right now there's a chance to win a TRex statue, Harley Quinn PF and I believe this month's newsletter giveaway is for a Batman PF.

We love (I love) y'all, the most dedicated of fans as well as those that are coming into the collecting arena, so hopefully the site and social giveaway opportunities can one day make more folks happy in the future. And mayhaps I can scrounge up a prize just for the freaks soon too....hmmmm.

It's also a beautiful day outside here and I'm suffering a wicked sore throat - feels like I have a bunch of razor blades in there. Happy Father's Day to me. At least my kids let me sleep in until after 9am today.

Sideshow does have a lot of contests that are not on social media and loyal fans do win... I won the trip to SDCC this year so it does happen.

I'm going to be in LA filming BvS around the time SDCC is going on, I understand SD is a few hours away from LA? Are SDCC tickets sold out already? If I have a day off, I was considering checking it out for the first time since I have not gone before...

SDCC tickets are really hard to get. But even sight seeing around is also very, very cool.

SD is almost 120 miles away from LA.

You did??? That's friggin AWESOME! Congrats! Have you ever been before? I used to go every year. I took one year off, then suddenly couldn't get tickets anymore. I wonder if I could work for the Sideshow booth, so I could go? Wishful thinking, I know...

That's cool. What do you do? I used to work in production, but left the industry... I miss it sometimes, but other times I'm glad I got out...

I live in MA so for me the expense to just get to CA and stay is a bit steep, let alone convention tickets AND all the stuff I'll want to buy

Thanks Alex! I totally understand the shift towards social media for the company and if anything ever does push me over the edge into joining twitter and becoming active on facebook it will be Sideshow but at this time I need to stand firm on my personal stance of not getting into it (although a warehouse find of a Lurtz PF could change that. . . . I kid well kind of) the fact that accessing it at work is kind of an unspoken no-no helps too. I will treasue the Sideshow chats of Spooks past and enter any site contests you throw my way. Nothing but good feelings for Sideshow.

DARTH MADDEN THAT'S AWESOME!!!! Congratulations. I hope you have a fantastic time. I have always wanted to go but between the costs to get out there and how hard it is to get tickets I will probably just remain an at home watcher. Maybe you can do some write up on your experience?
