Go to your account, then select the Saved Promo Codes button. If Alex hasn't fixed it yet, there may be a $3 code there with a "redeem" button next to it. Redeeming it adds it to your rewards total. After I did that, he sent another $3 for ( I assume) the same thing. Then he did it again.

I don't think they gave out any random rewards or door prizes today. Given that it's their biggest event of the year, that is a travesty of a farce of a mockery of a sham.

There was nothing there so I guess I missed it.

It was weird.

First the $3 arrived via email as a promo code but one that you couldn’t choose any item for it.

Then soon after a second email arrived with that code being an actual $3 redemption.

Then the first $3 promo turned into a $3 reward so there is your $6 total.

I honestly no longer remember where that initial $3 came from from it’s been such a crazy week and then this entire Spooktacular has been such a foggy mess for me lol

I'll be kinda surprised if Alex doesn't quit after this. When they were first using Crowdpurr this spring and also through the ummer, they had multiple employees keeping track of all the rewards and inputting them by hand. Now it's all him. And he's expected to be on camera, too. Sometimes at weird hours.

So I just noticed Autumn & Joe were back on Facebook trying to give away some funky vinyl toys. Watched some of the replay - Winners of the random draws were allowed to pass and get $25 in rewards instead and most did so.

He was allowed to pass. He just didn't. She said if he did, then they would give him the $25 and stop the stream and give that ugly-ass Joker vinyl away some other time.
