I hope it's not another video challenge. I'm at work and cannot participate. Last time the challenge was to post a photo or video of our version of a dancing Groot. Although people posted videos and pics only videos won. How can a picture of someone dancing compare to an actual video?

You know what's ********, when they has that damn Iron Man thing last week every single statue and bust had Extra Points except the damn Legendary Scale Busts like wtf! Its just a ploy yo move crap no one wants. Why else would they give the Mechanic $50 in rewards? Because its not moving. They should stop making and selling crap no one wants and listen more to us when we ask for certain licenses and stuff. How'd this turn into a rant Lol okay I'm out!

Yeah there's nothing wrong with putting discounts on slow moving stuff. That's the nature of, well, every business everywhere. Sure there are general sales, that's what the discount and gift cards are for, as well as reward points you get through events and such.

Yea it sucks that some licenses get made over others.

But I'd be fine if SSC wants to send me some free figures in my next several orders over the next few months. I did pay for the pack out so why not include some extra "Packing material."

Its not that they are making stuff people don’t want I think its that they are making TOO MUCH stuff people do want. First off the edition sizes are way too big now days on most items. There is just no way they can sell through some of those when (and my 2nd point) they make too many versions of the popular things. People don’t have huge disposable incomes so they have to pick and choose what they want of their favorite character. How many Iron Man figs or Hulk statues can one person afford? Even though people want those items they also know a different one will be on the way so they decide to save their money for that, and if it turns out they don’t like that one they know there will be another one coming so they never go back and get that first one so it sits. And if they can afford every IM figure then they have no room or money to get something else that they might think is cool (for example the Court of the Dead statues.) The market is just flooded with too many options for the “big stuff” so a lot of good things get forgotten.

I've noticed that most of it is also Hot Toys stuff. I wonder why they can't just return it to Hot Toys but they probably have a deal where they have to buy a certain amount of each figure or some crap like that. I'm surprised that their Cobra Commander hasn't moved

They have too many options and the prices are too high for the stuff. I'm pretty sure HT and Sideshow could afford to lower all the superfluous Iron Man 3 armors to a more affordable price, somewhere around 180-200 for them. Who is honestly clamoring for all the repaints, and kitbashes anyway?

Yeah seriously. Early on he actually went on WL, then came off and never went back. I'm sure they upped the ES. He must be selling like crazy in the States alone
