Re: Current discount codes at SSC and Spooktacular codes: FR33PO1NT for $5
1MP3RAL... SW Tie Fighter
1MP3RAL... SW Tie Fighter
Nope.
5TOPF4K3COD3S also doesn't work.
SSC will not let me add ED209 to my existing Robocop PO. Apparently, it takes a NASA employee to create another order with the bundle and canceling an existing one.
One is willing to buy that doomed thing, fully knowing it's going to rot to hell, but "no can do"...
I'd have to give up on my NRD. God damn it.
Will NEVER PO any HT figure AGAIN. They are like videogames now, likely to get a discount if one waits. And the "collectors editions" are just crap nobody wants.
****!
I will start another separate thread to list all of the "not codes".
Elder Predator just went up (or am I late lol)
That's pretty ridiculous. You should at least be able to get your deposit back. I'm having the same feeling and may not pre-order much anymore. I buy more in stock items for cheaper than what it originally goes for so that may be the same case for me too. Only will Pre-Order the MUST HAVES.
Only 6 days late.

I wonder if the Iron Patriot will get an additional code? I'm tempted to get it now but I'm gonna wait till the end of spook to see if an additional discount pops up.
HMN!!!
That makes ED209 $250!
Exactly. I normally pre-order the EX but sometimes I'm fine with the regular editions. But mainly now I pre-order the ones I know is a must and I will never sell.Preordering only made sense for EX items that you want to secure. At today's prices, no regular 1/6th sells out at the preorder stage that isn't then available en mass when the item actually arrives months later.
I would say for every 1 figure that sells out and immediately goes higher in price, there are now 6-7 that are reduced in price. Its like buying a warranty, if you never buy one, you will come out ahead! but may lose a little here and there
With the new standard pricing being $200-$220/figure, I doubt many figures will ever sell out, the hobby is changing
you would be crazy to buy anything that is not on sale right now.
Just wait.
With his QC issues and lack of sales, I could see it going for $200 someday.

The hobby has changed drastically and I should know most items will never sell out for a while. It isn't like the old days. They make so many that I will always have a chance to get it and at the same time could get it cheaper.
