I would say for every 1 figure that sells out and immediately goes higher in price, there are now 6-7 that are reduced in price. Its like buying a warranty, if you never buy one, you will come out ahead! but may lose a little here and there

Buy what you love, don't speculate with plastic.

What is this change you guys refer too, cost? Isnt it all relative, cost of living I mean.

Yep costs have risen drastically and it sort of makes my wallet cringe. Definitely a big change.

Yep. At the prices they are getting today, they don't want to miss an opportunity at a sale, so in general they overproduce. Very few true "limited editions" like that Mark VI that had 6 made or something crazy. Even "limited editions" like Batman Scarecrow was around forever.

Hence, the treasure trove of items at Spook.

Yep not much limited anymore whci his fine I still get the pieces I want and sometimes get them for cheaper. Works for me especially around this time too.

I know from this point on I ain't pre-ordering a figure ever again. Terminator, Armory and Robocop will be my last.

That is, unless HT dramatically cuts production. Which is unlikely.
