I find it amazing how many people go on to a companies facebook and twitter just to bash them. If you don't like the products, think they are overpriced or are unhappy with the service just stop going to them, stop looking at their stuff and stop buying from them. That will send a bigger message then bombarding them with hate messages on social media. Not to mention the people that run social media don't usually have any input as to pricing or products they are usually part of a marketing team.
