So I feel like I'm being a real, whiny jerk trying to find out about my Spooktacular prize, but so far I haven't gotten anywhere. Any ideas? I tried email Susan directly at [email protected], and have gotten no response. I have also tried livechatting just to talk to SOMEone, and no one even answers the live chat box. Any ideas? As I stated before, I know these things take time, but I'm not even getting ANY sort of response, and all I want is an update on things. Thanks, guys.

I can understand your feelings. I did get my prizes from SS already, though the last one arrived today. Did you get an e-mail confirmation from Sideshow? I received one on the 25th of November that said shipping could take 4-6 weeks. That would put the latest date about midway through January, so it could be a while still.

I know that they're very busy over there so it's no surprise you're not getting any communication via livechat. What I have done in the past is to open a livechat box, copy all of the content that I've written and paste it in a new livechat box when that one expires. Eventually I get in touch with someone.

Thanks for the input and advice... just as I checked this someone finally responded... in chat right now. I'll let you guys know how it goes. My prize was just a rewards points code, though, so there is no shipping, just an email, haha. So not sure what the holdup has been, but I am an understanding guy. I was just wanting to get a hold of SOMEone.

Well, LieChat was.... sort of helpful. They (Sideshow Elisse) essentially asked me what I have done already (which is email Susan), and told me to to that again (which I've already done) and she will be able to assist me further (when she already hasn't responded to my initial email). So I guess we'll see what happens. At least the LiveChat rep said they would let Susan know I will be emailing her.

Haha, you are on the ball! I emailed Susan again, as instructed, and she emailed me back IMMEDIATELY. I just have to send in the picture I used as my entry (to be sure they match), and it seems everything should be squared away. Yay:yess: Unfortunately I am at work and those pictures are on my computer, so I'll have to wait until I get home to complete the process.

ok so Chicky favorte my post on the soul thingy, how exactly does this work? she twitted do random act of kindness. Do I need to take pictures of it? That would be weird to do it with strangers.

I had some work today up in Thousand Oaks, so stopped by and visited with Susan for a few minutes. Also got to meet Alex in her office (HI ALEX!!)

Nice. Does SSC allow tours, or do you have to make a special appointment? I'd love to visit their building one day. All I've seen were photos, and the crazy displays they have in there.

I know Susan pretty well, they don't do tours for just anyone who shows up at their building. And all I got to see were the offices, not the art department where they make everything. Still was cool to put some faces to names.

I got picked by the Sideshow account. I have to do 6 Random Acts of Kindness and write "I <3 Sideshow" on my car window. LOL I'm selling my soul for the Sideshow Natasha figure.

I've been taking screenshots of my Acts of Kindness. But photos work as well. :D

Being favorited does not mean anything unfortunately. Over the year I've been favorited at least 6 times and never won anything. Have to keep trying though.

On a typical Chicky contest, being favorited means you are in the running. Kind of like being a finalist. In the case of the "sell your soul" thing, if you're only favorited and don't actually hear from them, I would say it doesn't mean anything.

Alex was sitting at her desk, she's in an office with another girl, I forget her name. I didn't even catch that it was her at first, then she asked "Are you on the SSF board?" and then I put 2 and 2 together.

No pics of Alex, sorry. But I can confirm that he is a she. ;)

Thanks for posting! That's pretty cool that you know people at SS!

I'd almost be afraid of visiting (if we could). I can see them hating everyone on the board the way we all carry on about rising prices and inaccuracies! :lol
