That's what I thought initially. It says it's not a valid code, but it is the code I got directly from Susan. I thought that code was more for discount codes and whatnot. It's easy to add RP codes during Spook and whatnot, but I can't figure out where otherwise!

Talking with Sideshow CS again... seems to be an issue with the code and they're working on it, haha. This has been a fun little ordeal. CS has been a great help, though... I got SS Tesa this time!

You are correct, I wanted to add them to my account, but it didn't work through the promotional wallet. Susan emailed me back and helped me take care of it. I am now $100 in RPs richer thanks to the carving contest! Now... what to spend it on...

Definitely a consideration... though I was eyeing the Diecast Mark III. Really partial to the original iron man armor, plus I would have it in hand WAY sooner than the 43. That Ultron base is awesome, though...

I won a code months ago. I emailed my info DNS never heard another thing from sideshow. I didn't want to seem pushy or bothersome and just assumed it was applied to my account.

I knew my code wasn't automatically added to my account just by checking my balance every so often. However, I waited several weeks and then decided to send a polite email asking for an update. After no response I just hopped on live chat, and within three days they helped me work everything out.

Well I know I won $50 in RP from Chicky once and it was just added to my account. So I think there are different ways to win/add RP?

Looks like it. It had double rewards around Spook, and that'd come out to $23 rather than $34.50. Still not as great a deal as when there was a 20% coupon code plus free shipping and double rewards.
