I have accounts at and have ordered from all three stores. Currently my only pending order (pre-order) is at BBTS.

I live in CA and the sales tax SUCKS. But having my package the next day at 9am rocks. So I look at it like I'm paying 8% for overnight delivery. That at least helps to justify it.

The reward points and discounts are their ways to keep their customers. BBTS has their pile of loot system for combined shipping, and like AEC at times, they're prices are slightly less than SSC's retail price. Someone had said earlier, people living in California have the state tax to deal with so many there order from BBTS or AEC as do some international buyers I assume.

The state tax is why I never use Alter Ego. By the time they put the tax on, I haven't saved anything.

I have accounts at all 3 as well, but most of my pre-orders are still with SSC because most of the time I don't save anything at AE or BBTS. I just use them to get things I can't get through SSC, like the LotRs Asmus figures.

I'm strictly an SSC guy mainly because they take care of me (coupons, sales, rewards points, contests). I only go elsewhere when they don't have what I want.

I used to order more from other sites, but since Sideshow has added rewards points and the $20 codes it is usually cheaper to order from them. Plus at lot of time I can still get the exclusive version.

No code last month and probably no code this month. I guess they can't afford to give any discounts over that port slowdown and all the money they've been losing. It's okay sideshow, I'm still with you either way. You can't go wrong with these guys, they are very best in the collectible figure business.

LOL Alex already said there would be a March code. Cool your jets people. The codes usually come about 10 days into the month.

There was another issue at the printer's and they're all in the back writing out coupon codes on card stock by hand.

Postcard included in customer orders, more or less monthly, toward mid-month, $20.
