Lol I was thinking 2017 with the next avengers movie. I doubt he'll be in civil war next year since the script is done and production is starting.

It's still is a great looking figure at a discount rate. At best it's the closest thing to the comic costume. It may look different once they reboot this in 2 yrs. or not.

A comic-inspired figure is what I want, so I'm waiting until Sideshow finally decide to get on with their Marvel line. The coloring on ASM2 from HT is good, but the figure looks like it's a 12yo (with very broad shoulders) wearing the costume - plus the ridiculous feet.

For me I don't want it to look too comicbookie. Those sideshow 1/6 figures just looks cartoonish. The only passable one I think is Deadpool. TASM 2 looks more realistic at the same time faithful to the comic looks IMO.

I seem to be one of the few that thinks the ASM2 fig is pretty bad. General lumpiness on the arms stands out in every single pic to me. I've got the first ASM and that'll hold me over until we see what the MCU Spidey looks like.

I like the way the HT Spider-Man 3 figure looks. As far as SSC, I'm only interested in their Wolverine and finding out what their Spider-Man will look like. I can't stand their DC stuff at all - way too cartoonish and not in a good way.
