What are we supposed to do? Do I contact Sideshow to let them know that I received emails for $6 and only got $4... and then report the additional points still not paid?

Or do you just wait, and hope, they straighten it out?

Per Stef there were 4 $1 duplicate e-mails that went out that were bogus. You should have only received rewards associated with the Snow Days event.

Maybe Sideshow needs to be audited by an independent body to see where our missing points are? May I suggest who could do it? Nah, I better not.

I got no single $1 emails... 3x $2 emails is what I received. But only 2x $2 made it to my account.

But the $4 I received makes sense as Snow Day payout as both have the same date.

In any event, I'm still due another 2x $2 plus one $1 (that's $5 total)... not counting today's $1 reward.
