Custom 1/6th Scale TDK Jim Gordon

One of my wanted list figures is Gary Oldman as Commisioner James Gordon from The Dark Knight/Batman Begins. I came across the Headplay Oldman head awhile back and after staring at it for awhile I started seeing the potential to customize it into the head I need. So a bit of quick photoshop and this is what I got. Seems like just some painting, sculpting, and purchasing some glasses to do and I got it. Comments, constructive criticism?

i think hp's oldman is of exceptionally good likeness, but it's just not the age of the oldman in tdk. maybe a few more wrinkles paint helps~

Yeah thats exactely what I was thinking. I added some wrinkles on photoshop to help give me an idea on what I need to do to the sculpt.
