I think its the top of the hair it needs to be a bit flatter, im really pickey when it comes to the odd thing.

Sculpt looks great so far you may want to as mentioned thin the hair a bit on top as well as give him a more puckered look to the lips.

Wow! This is cool! Not sure what it is, but Bruce Willis is apparently a tough nut to crack in the likeness category. (NECA Die Hard figure, anyone? ) So great job z!

I agree somewhat with small_studios' comment on the lips, it would be a little more Willis-like with just a little smirk on one corner of one side of his upper lip, and the bottom lip should actually be a little thinner IMO.

Also one other observation is that his face looks a little big for his head. Seems to me Willis has a smaller face to head ratio, or whatever you wanna call it.

I don't think his hair is ever gonna look perfect. It's very thin in the movie so there's a translucent element to it that I don't know can be captured in a sculpt like this. The hairpiece he's wearing in the 3rd movie will probably be easier to capture. I think a good paint job is gonna clear up a lot of these little issues.

That being said, this is the best Willis sculpt I've seen. I've owned a few others and the pictures of those never looked as good as the pictures of this.

Spot on - I watched it last night and its the fact its thinning which is impossible to properly sculpt that is what is throwing it off in my mind. As you said - its a job for paint - the sculpted hair is perfect.

Not only that, wet or gel your hair. Notice how if you use alot of gel and your hair isn't very long, you can see your scalp a little here and there.

As z said, as the movie goes on, Bruce sweats which mattes his hair down and thins it out.

Watch the first 30 mins or so of the film and the hair z did looks awesome.

I do agree about the smirk though, just on one side of the mouth could look good.

Although I'm not in on this I agree that that would be a very cool addition to this sculpt and something that I don't think has ever been done on a Willis sculpt.

I did a slight manipulation in photoshop and i think with a bit of tweeking its almost a perfect likeness. I thinned the hair out a bit on the side and brought it down a bit on top. I also brought his lips up a bit on the sides and thinned them out slightly. Hope this adds a bit of help.

Great manip, if possible, those mods would make an already great sculpt even better

I have taken all the comments in to consideration and this is the final version, with minor changes made to the lips and hair,

With this change made the lips look great, but the hair still bothers me a little.

Z the corrections look great. I hope you dont take offense to this cause i know you are almost finished with him but i did some small tweeking to the last pics you posted. Just thined out the hair in front as well as added a bit more definition between the eyes.
