thanks ! This is still work in progress and it all needs trimming up however I want to leave the head looking a bit rough looking to suit the battle damaged mk3 suit.
Yes its fairly hard to get it right and takes a bit of patience and trial and error ! I think its really brought an added realism to the head though ! Im now doing a hair transplant on a Hot toys dark knight joker head.
Im using doll hair from an old barbie doll which I have dyed the right colour and styled with clear coat.

Can you post a tutorial on how to do this? I saw a tony stark a while back with some rooted hair and it looked amazing.

Looks very cool. I need to find a good customizer who can do hair. Sure mass production generally = Barbie hair, but I really think it can take figures up to the next level when done right.
