What did everyone think tonight?

Captain Cold is by far my favorite villain-of-the-week on this show. He may not be the strongest or smartest, but I just REALLY like him and the actor (Miller) who plays him.

I missed the very beginning of the episode, but is that 'portal' something that Dr. Stein made - based on the talks with Cisco about the 'rips' created in their world? I'm assuming it has to be since we saw Prof. Wells from the 'other side' come though.

Yup. That's the biggest of the 52 'rips' they mapped out last week. They basically explained it as 2 doors and a hallway. The wormhole/portal needed to be stablized, so off-screen they did just that.

Tonight's show felt like a filler episode, but it was pretty good. I like how they are slowly making Capt Cold an anti hero and setting up his character as amember of the Legends of Tomorrow series. Once again, I like the final scene, maybe because it reminded me of Terminator

I thought it was neat that they had colds old man essentially using the same set up that Amanda Waller used on the suicide squad to get them to comply.

Ok,last season Barry saw alternate versions of himself while running through the time stream.
Now we have The Flash from Earth Two on the wrong side of the portal.
Anyone else think when Barry saw Caitlin Snow as Killer Frost that she might be from Earth Two?

I think so as well, because it would be pretty bad for such a main character to become a villain. Though her name is Snow....

And shouldn't Barry still have access to Future Barry's super future computer?

*Flash can move and react faster than bullets, so all those times he was stopped or caught off guard by stuff slower than a bullet is just rendered stupid.
*Did they freeze a laser?
*Snart killing his dad

They need to start being more careful with these things, I don't remember being this annoyed by them in season 1. Still it's pretty remarkable that the feelgood and fun of the show far outweighs the few bad things.

I was less annoyed with the freezing of the lasers and more annoyed with the fact that they didn't instantly shoot back out after Snart broke the ice.
