Seems like he's a lot like Jack Sparrow in that the futzing is key to the figure, but that's super fun always. There was one guy who returned his Sparrow because he had to assemble stuff on it, which is such a silly reason to give up a good figure; here it seems to be the same risks for folks. I hope DAM runs with this license hard beyond the three announced figures because as of now it seems like they're outdoing HT's effort with Ezio. I've lost a lot of love for playing the games post Black Flag, but I love the universe, story, and designs so much that I happily will collect and display these.
Furthermore, I really like the historical aspect of these guys. You can insert them with other figures in your collection of the appropriate era and maintain that mystery of history the games have. It doesn't force you to keep a dedicated AC section.
My main hope is that we get a Mentor Ezio, Arno, and Bayek (haired and shaved sculpts.) I think if the line would go away after that, I would be content. The licensing limitations imposed on the next two figures make me suspect of this though. I'm ridiculously happy we are getting Aguilar though, since movie aside, the designs of those Spanish Assassins were fantastic.
