Noooooo!!! Damn! Sorry to hear that, filip. I have heard of many folks having such trouble with DD. Mine wasn't exactly smooth as a baby's ass, but it only took a few seconds to get it all lined up properly. It would be a shame to have to get a replacement for such a thing, but you should definitely do what it takes to be happy with your purchase. Good luck!

Man, Barb I tried for a half hour and was covered in sweat. I just had to come here and vent a bit. I'm usually a fairly calm guy but I completely blew my stack. Now I have to wait until Tuesday (damn holidays) before I hear from anyone in the returns dept.

I just hope the next one isn't as difficult to put on the base.

Indeed, this one need to be careful to put on, in the other hand, the brown box is the best ever from sideshow, very strong!! Also ,cover for the printed are so nice for collection, I think those are improve a Lot and make me want to buy the ex from now on.

Well, I got him on there finally. However, it was forced on. I lost a lot of paint off his glove and the base was scratched up because of the ridiculously tight fit. He still doesn't sit all the way in even after all that. Since it doesn't sit right and the thumb is broken anyway, I just requested a new piece entirely. I just hope I don't have to go through the same crap with the replacement piece.

I have never had a tighter squeeze than this piece. Getting Thanos on his base was a breeze compared to this piece. It was a tight fit with Thanos but I had a much easier time. I'm afraid that even if I get the replacement piece I will damage the base or rub the paint off his glove again. If I damage it in anyway trying to put it on the base, it's going back. We shouldn't have to worry about this crap. SSC should have come up with an easier way to put DD together.

People have been waiting for a Daredevil forever...in 1/4th scale; especially with A list characters that deserve to be displayed together. I know I would have preordered it if it was 1/4th.

It looks like it has great paint apps and is a cool sculpt so congrats to you guys/gals who are happy with it.

Nice job and great pics. You made it farther than I did. How long did it take you to get him on the base?

Probably around 5 minutes. I had to take him into the bathroom where the light was good and then I was able to get him on. Pretty tricky.
