Yeah I was excited about the announcement of the girl who was playing Elektra because I had remembered her to be a highlight of the second GI Joe movie. But on DD I was surprised at how sloppy and unpolished her martial arts moves looked. I assumed that she was a martial artist first, actress second but IMO she was never on par with Murdoch himself and looked more like someone who had just learned her moves shortly before filming her scenes.

Not as bad as Garner obviously but definitely not another Michelle Yeoh.

I thought she did ok, I just liked how she pronounced Matthew, very sexy.

But no, she wasn't no Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon or even a Sho Kosugi for that matter.

Every time I thought about getting one I ended up buying some other tech and since I've been mostly satisfied with HD streaming I've been putting it off. Never been a Playstation guy so the ps3 wasn't an option either.

Me too. I did the same with Blu Ray, these things are just way too expensive when they first come around. Unless you're desperate to have it straight away, you're better off just waiting.
