That's exactly what crossed my mind when I saw these pictures, that quote, and the way Heath speaks it, eerie, great first line from an awesome performance.

Great work Buttmunch and Josh, the collaborative efforts on this board are always fun to watch.

Thanks guys, I tried to get it as close as I could color wise to the pics I had. I even watched the prologue again to get it in my head and ready to paint. :rock

And I should have more pics soon with the full figure.... as well as a whole MESS of other stuff.

I Have seen this mask IN PERSON at Arclight AND I CAN SAY IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS HEISTED FROM THE DISPLAY CASE. :D

And guys.... Just when I thought things would get better... they got worse. My computer has a bad virus and I cannot get online at all. I am at my In laws house to use the computer really quick, it's Hell. I won't be online for at least a few days, so please bear with me. I WILL still be painting, but any PM's or emails or even pics will have to wait until my computer gets back from the service place.

I have to wipe the entire thing, all files... back to basics. It sucks, but I guess I deserve it for not getting decent virus software.

I'll see you guys in a few days when things are better. I WILL have pics to post when that time comes, I assure you. :rock

I'm happy to report that all of my backlogged figure runs are coming to a head, I'm really trying to crank them out as fast as I can. Jokers are easier without having to do the full shirts. Myers takes a little time, Jason takes the most... damn dremeling.. It's time consuming. And I will have the first Rorschach finished in a few days too, just started cleaning his sculpt up today. H2 Myers is almost finished as well... so it will be a busy week from here on in... :rock

And thanks for keeping things alive for me guys! I lost some time this weekend due to a family trip that snuck up on me. My Wife wanted to get some of hers and my family together for a day on the River. Florida has some amazing springs and spring fed rivers that are stunning, clear as day and cold as Hell... We did some tubing down the river and my brother and I snorkeled around the spring mouth and cave system. It was cool to get everyone together, and I needed the exercise. I LOVE swimming, and my 3 plus hours in the water without coming to shore was a nice break from sitting in my collection room all day. :lol

I did get a bit of a sunburn, but not as bad as my lobster Wife. Therese is in a LOAD of pain, so a lot of the house chores for yesterday and today fell on me. I didn't mind though, she's always been so understanding of my job. But there you have it, a few days lost due to fun stuff... sorry to leave you all hanging.

I DID get a new painting table, so I can stop painting on the floor. I will post pics up soon, but it is a huge help... I can even put all of the current work on the top of the table and work on whatever I see.

i wish i had cave systems and springs where i live. but all i have is ^^^^ty fields and ^^^^ing concrete. in japan, i used to ride my bike for 2hrs up a mountain path and you'd come across amazing untouched secluded waterfalls, caves, rivers, woods - just the most amazing places to be with yourself and nothing but nature for a while. man, i really miss it. i really envy you guys that live in these amazing places of natural beauty.

i just hope the darkartist doesn't start painting pink flowers on everything. don't you hippy out on us!!!

Hey, you deserve a break after all the work and stuff you have put in this summer Josh. And I know with school starting the fun will stop. I know when I start on the 20th, I've pretty much told my friends not to expect to see me until Thanksgiving. lol

Can't wait to see new pics man!! Looking forward to my new DA customs!!!!:banana

Thanks guys, it was fun... and a really nice break to get some swimming in. I about had a heart attack when this school of HUGE Bass came swimming underneath me, totally oblivious to this human in their midst... it really was humbling and a reminder of how insignificant our existence is.

And Les, I am sooo happy to have a proper table. Finally, my ankles and knees don't have to suffer. I could only paint so long and my feet would go numb... which would mean another break and less paint time. VERY nice to have a table to sit at, without breaks. :rock

Cool to hear you got yourself a table to work on, now you dont have to deal with the leg and back cramps from sitting on the floor for hours:D

Awesome news Josh! Glad you finally got a table to paint on...sitting must have been a pain :lol (Although the results were nevertheless amazing)
