I think that we should certainly stop asking for updates. Even in a 'joking' manner.

Josh has A LOT of work on his plate at the moment and has a majorly cool work ethic BUT...the dude is a newlywed and holding down a job and needs to have some time for a life not just painting heads.

Josh has got about 6 or 7 heads of mine and I know he'll get round to them eventually, I also know he'll do a top notch job when he does.

Like many of you I anxiously await updates just to see how cool my stuff is looking but the reality of the situation is that he's working as hard as he can. Would you want Josh to not do as bang up a job on your head through rushing? No, I thought not...

What I think may be cool, if Josh is willing to do it, and so that people can see just how much work he's got on, post a list of how much work he's got to do. You've also got to figure that each head takes hours to complete. It's not a quick job.

You may be right. Experience has taught me to expect, at least, a month turn around on commissions from Josh. Sometimes it feels like you are sending these jobs into a black hole and after a while you get a little anxious.

Regarding rushing art, I wish someone would tell my professors to stop rushing my music composition.

It is very true what Abstract said and another reason I love doing work for him too.. It takes a lot of time unfortunately... I have the wife now and I work full time at the office, so juggling time with her, gym time, household chores, work and painting can get a little hard. I end up with about an hour or two a day to work on custom jobs.

I do try to get the oldest stuff out the door first usually, unless I get burnt out on a particular repaint and hold off for a while to make sure I don't ruin it. The mood is paramount. I have had Abstract's Clone Wars Anakin for a looooong time, and had a period there where I could not bring myself to work on him. I knew if I forced it the final work would suffer. So I gave myself time and it turned out more fantastic than I could have expected. Thankfully, his stuff is damn near finished and should be out the door to him soon.

The rest of you guys, it's coming... I know I am sometimes bad about replying to PM's quickly, but I just hate giving out bad news of more wait times.

You are all great people in my book and I am not in the slightest bit upset or hurt by your want of the stuff you spent hard earned dollars on. It's the nature of what I do, and it is never easy to let your stuff go for months on end without word. Today should prove fruitful, so keep the faith guys... Updates are coming. Almost finished with a lot of stuff.

It's cool guys, I do really feel like some of the work has taken too long but that should be a thing of the past here soon once I get somewhat caught up..
