Darkness PF!!

Here is couple of more infront of the poster I have framed. The only thing I find really confusing is the sword hand is very loose and does not want to stay in, Does anyone esle have this problem?

Thanks for the pics N2Darkness!!!! I really wish they would have been able to use the pants they showed on the prototype. These remind me of ripped up cargo pants. But aside from that small flaw, he is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I hope they ship out the exclusives soon....I have his place of honor ready and waiting for him.

Hopefully the sword arm isn't a mass problem. As for the pants, I'll wait 'til I get him in hand before I give my opinion.

It seems like it's taking forever to get the Exclusives mailed. I don't have a place to display him right now but I just want to have him in hand. Hopefully, by the beginning of the year, I'll get a display case for him.

The pants are AWFUL and is the quality you would see on an action figure you buy at Toys R' Us, not an expensive premium format statue.

Can't pinpoint it, but there is something else about it that's not as nice as the prototype. In my opinion, still a nice statue, but definitely lost points when compared to the prototype.

I want my Darkness to be perfect. When he arrives I'm going to see if I can make some custom pants for him......maybe difficult or impossible though with that codpiece. For those who already have theirs, does it look like you can remove the codpiece??

Look, I know a lot people on this board are loathe to bag this statue out...Because it is the one they have been waiting for...and the prototype pics looked awewsome...BUT, I don't know whether it is N2Darkness's pics or not...maybe the lighting, or whatever.....seriously though, those pants look aweful! I mean, put some tube socks and a backwards cap on him, and he looks like a reject from a Micheal Jackson 80's video..

The first thing that draws your eye is the pants....that shouldn't be the case.

On a premuim format that shouldn't happen.Whoever made that choice....it was a BAAAADDDDD one. In my opinion of course, and I am pretty sure that I will be in the minority on this...But that's OK..

I still agree about the pants material change from the proto but we need some good pics to make a sound judgement.

Flash the enemy to this figure. It was just as hard to get a good shot pf the bust. The deep read is hard to capture.

I have zero doubts this will look amazing in hand.

I know I am going to just do a wash on the pants to get them as dark as they should be. It's the whiteness of them that is making them look a bit off. I'm confident it can be fixed.

He's here!!!! With some help from the girl I nanny for (she helped carry the box into the house, unpack him and hold a light for me to take pics - she totally rocks ) here he is!!! I got number 280/500. Only took pics with the unicorn horn for now. They are still a little dark, BUT I did not use flash.

And Lily took a picture of the unicorn horn:

He's beautiful and that pants are so much better in person than I thought they would be. He is the BEST PF EVER!!!!!!!!!! Just noticed there is a little piece of foam next to his hoof. Not a scratch or paint chip, thank goodness!!
