Base looks very bland. I wasnt gonna collect DC villains but I have most of them on order or in my collection. If the Justice League movie doesnt suck then maybe I wont feel any buyer's remorse for picking this up... cus honestly, who else is gonna make a giant Darkseid statue?

That's a BIG if... going by Snyder's track record. Still, I love my DC heroes statues so far! I really like this too, just not the price or size.

Still can't tell if this has sufficient size without putting him next to the Superman PF. Because of that, I still can't tell if he warrants the price.

Ah ...it's just as well ...I don't like either portrait on this anyway. Somehow both portrait look long and skinny ...whereas I was expecting portraits that look short and wide.

I do like the size of the Prime piece. The Prime Darkseid has a more massive presence that I wish Sideshow would have incorporated into their statue.
