Has anybody submitted a thread to "ask Sideshow" about his hood?

EDIT: Actually I just did. Not sure if we'll get a response but it's worth a try. Maybe they'll enlighten us.

Hate to break to you guys but his hood stays on there. You can't put it over his head. Someone already ask them on Facebook. Still a great piece, I preordered the exclusive.

The hood is not a dealbreaker, but it sure would be a nice option.

The hood on my Cyborg Maul was sewn down...so I just cut the string and it's been fine ever since.

But is the hood large enough that it gathers at the top of the shoulders and behind the neck when worn? If so, that's awesome and I would hope the same is true for Malgus.

Just go on their Facebook page and look for any pics they've put up of malgus which is like 3. Just look for it there is that many anyways. I would put the link up but to much trouble since I only use my phone.

Sort of...his horns really get in the way. Not that great at taking photos, but he looks better in person.

Hmmmmm would cutting it off mess up the value of the statue? I must have a hood on malgus. Why sideshow? I thought 25.00 should have covered it.

Guess it depends on what is below his hood. When it's attached to cover an unfinished part of the statue (unpainted part etc.) it would reduce the value I guess.

I know the chicken leg maul only had a thin string holding his hood down. So it didn't damage or it wasn't hiding anything underneath. It's just not tie down as it came.

Same thought.......i only usually order the Female starwars stuff (since im obsessed with Aayla) but this statue is pure awsome....i might get him...havent decided. i might wait for the 1/6th figure since that might fit better with my other girls. only got room for the main ones in pf version....aayla,shaak ti, etc......

i wonder if the 1/6th figure will have a regular head and masked head???
