I'll see your "Hmmmmm" and raise you one "m". Hmmmmmm.

I can see Joker changing his look quite a bit across these films, similar to the way some Marvel Studios characters do. Makes more sense for him, being so theatrical and dramatic, than it does for some other characters where the decision is more obviously a move to sell more toys.

I loved GOTG in the theaters but I admit that after watching it once on blu-ray I haven't revisited it since, nor do I want to.
I heard Joker will have a red arm in the next film.
I'm not saying that I think it's horrible now or that I'd never watch it again but I was surprised at how quickly the "fun" wore off, at least for me.
Yea its hard for me to quantify why I do not like the flashiness of Joker. Great references BTW . I always hated TDKR joker in that panel wearing a suit. But then again he was doing that to fool people that he was reformed ( reminded me to much of Lex Luthor).
Nicholsons pizazz was directly related to his pre-joker obsession with his looks.
His joker, even though he had stlye, still maintained that slightly weird stlye....joker stlye if you will.
Letos joker style looks like a bad rehash of a night club kid. It just looks blah ....very uninspired.
Again, trying to phrase what bothers me about it might be the issue. Maybe its a generational thing and I am just too old to appriciate this GQ type Joker....
Maybe it feels to me like they are trying to hard to dress him up.....
What about Leto's black tuxedo or the white suit? Do you like those outfits? I'm not a big fan of Leto's silver jacket with purple shirt.
I hate everything .
I hate every outfit.

Haven't heard many opinions on Leto's laugh. I thought it was great. In fact, the Joker scenes look to be the most compelling parts of the movie. I think it's going to play out with Joker searching for Harley the whole time she's doing her Suicide Squad thing and causing havoc in the process. Mr. J needs his hench wench, or at least he doesn't want anyone else to have her.
I really like his laugh...it's not a high pitched laugh, but it's unique and it fits the character. I like it more than Nicholson's laugh and it's up there with Ledger and Romero as one of my favorite versions. I hope he has different laughs, not just one style.
