I heard that the Joker is in the movie for 41 minutes. I don't know if that's true, but that would be way better than just 5 minutes.

Nah, no way. Depending on your source, his Screen-Time is between 5 and 10 minutes. 41? Yeah, not gonna happen...

Joker has a lot of scenes in the movie. No way he's in the movie for just 5-10 minutes. It might not be 41 minutes either but he has the flashbacks and then the storyline of sabotaging the squad's mission to get Harley back.

Close, the plastic surgery scene scared me when I first saw the film. The environment, the bloody tools, and the doctor's reaction totally sold it. Once he shows up in clown form, I didn't find him scary, but he still looked creepy with the brown/flesh makeup. He actually looked less creepy as a clown for some reason, imo.

Yeah, well, according to most sources, and a very trusted one from here, don't go in expecting a lot. He's more Wonder Woman than Lex Luthor...

He is the Joker, he's going to put butts in the seats no matter what. Therefore, it makes sense to have him front and center. I'm just saying, if you walk in expecting him to be a major part of the movie and the main antagonist, well...
