Kind of Interested to know how many people waited so that they could get on the waitlist.

Does anyone know how long the waitlist for Batman stayed open???

I'm still going to wait to get on the wait list. I was about a 1/2 day after the sell out of the Batman exclusive and it converted a long time ago. There's no need to rush into this one.

Yes, I'm tip toeing the fence because I'm really not sure I want the exclusive. I'm buying myself more time. Don't worry, there's going to be at least a year before it's released (inevitable 3-6 month delay) so plenty of time for Sideshow to convert wait list orders.

Batman WL has been locked down for 8-9 mths (I'm guessing). It opened once late last year for like 5 mins to take an additional 15 orders. True, once you are on the wait list it may take a year to convert.

This doesn't make any sense... get on it ... and you will still have time to decide either way. Let me ask you a question ... if you wait ... and then it doesn't convert ... are you going to feel like you missed out??

It has been closed since I joined, and then I missed out on it when it reopened... If it hadn't been for a fellow Freak I wouldn't have a Batman EX

If I get on the wait list now and it converts in the next few weeks I'm going to be charged the NRD too soon. I would rather take my chances and get on the wait list a little later, like tonight or tomorrow morning, and buy myself more time to see if Sideshow makes any changes. As it stands now I would rather save $70 and buy the regular version since I don't like the exclusive head sculpt.

I don't think Sideshow is going to close this wait list for at least a week or two, maybe longer. I have plenty of time. If I miss out, I'm not going to be upset because I'm not sold on the exclusive as-is.

Exactly ... the changes to the Darth Malgus and GL protos took 6 MONTHS ,... this has sold out so they won't be in any hurry to show any changes ANYWAY... you will have to pull the trigger LONG before they make any changes.

What's so hard to understand? Zodach doesn't want to pay the NRD (and I don't blame him). That's what's attractive about the wait list, as long as it doesn't convert for a good long time you pay nothing.

He already said that his batman waitlist converted the next day after the sell out and wants to avoid that possibility.

you don't "save" the NRD u still pay it
