I think it's more over that they knew they could get away with Charging $400 on the Comic PF because everyone has been waiting for a Sideshow Superman. $380 is what they thought they could get away with on a movie version with no EX. Time will tell them if they're right.

No, but a 4 inch difference in the base, and a sculpted cape could make a $20 difference
