I think the comic PF of Supes is a much nicer and timeless piece. Glad I have him on order and I easily passed on the new Supes movie PF... does nothing for me.

I couldn't agree more. The comic PF is tops in my book. I have no interest at all in the movie Supes.

Hopefully whatever is going on with Batman has allowed SS to iron out whatever problems they are having and provide Superman in a more reasonable time frame.

Well a 7 month delay is pretty extreme, but I think Joker was almost a year. I do hope they iron out the kinks. The thing that I also keep reminding myself is that for EVERY delayed piece there is another one that gets delayed down the pipe. I can not imagine what kind of a mess making all of the SpiderWoman replacements (which is basically the ENTIRE RUN) has caused.

Yeah guys it's wishful thinking on my part for sure. I've found the continual push backs really affecting my enjoyment of the hobby.

If the initial estimate for shipping were a year I wouldn't have a problem purely because I know what I'm in for. Also keeping company with all you guys helps me a great deal. If I just ordered this through SS and left it like that I would have lost it by now and cancelled Batman purely on principle as very little info has been shared on their behalf and that frustrates me to no end.

I feel it too, Ondi and I have only been waiting since October.... I can actually feel the enthusiasm draining out of some of the threads ...lol? The Superman thread was off the hook, and now it just kind of motors along...blarggg

Well if you want to get the COMIC PF to go along with your 1:1 bust I would say A. I know you could get the Reg elsewhere for cheaper, BUT then you might miss out if A) the Ex gets changed and looks awesome B) the Ex just looks killer in hand and you were wrong C) you want to say you have the Ex and be a litt more special all the while knowing that if you want to flip it down the road it will have held its value.

You KNOW you want the PF so what does it matter if it is the Ex or Reg if they will essentially be very close to the same price, and one comes with something extra which we are not entirely sure how it is going to look.

Seriously if you are a huge fan of the character get the EX. Love or hate the eyes TRUE fans of the character should get the EX. If you don't get it someone else will.

Tam in the end I think the only question you need to ask yourself is would feel crushed if it came out looking AWESOME and you missed out. Remember if it doesn't meet your expectations you could always sell the Ex for AT LEAST what you bought it for..... Or at least the EX head for $150-$200.

Kablamo! This is exactly how I feel, dude. And I just started. You go to their website and over half the stuff they have pictured is listed as preorder/preorder/preorder/preorder. I'm sick of seeing that blue highlighted word. The DC section is the worst!

Like Superman...preorder. We all know that damn thing is never gonna make it this coming January, so why don't they just delay it now? I'd be happier if SS just posted a 2 year maximum deadline from the start instead of constantly pushing stuff back, readjusting Flex Pay schedules, irritating, aggravating, and taking the fun away from customers...especially the ones who pay in full.
