Hey, guys,

New here, but am wanting to make sure I don't miss out on the PO for the Supes PF. Is there any way to make sure I get one before they sell out? Is there some method you guys use?

Also, I'd like to see the left leg thigh fixed (looks kinda strange to me) and would like to see the \s/ changed a little (more yellow in the top right, and moved up closer to the neckline). Also, it looks like there's a line running vertically down the trunks in front.

I know it's a prototype, but still...as far as the base goes, it's just a place to put Supes...he's the subject, not the base, but I think a frosted base would be cool.

this figure will not sell out within one day, just take a look @ batman, that didn't even sold out on day one

Well first welcome Jim, second thats a lot to address. first, on POs, just stay current on the forum here and you likely won't miss much including the day. As for methods to order one just make sure your ordering @ 1:00 eastern time(since I'm in the buckeye state).

As far as the tailoring goes there isn't too much I would address other than the COH portrait being a bit angrier and maybe some base tweaking.

I wouldn't change one thing on this PF. He's perfect. The base is plain but that draws your eys toward the figure. I also like that they kept the base smaller on Superman. These PFs can be big space eaters so keeping him at a decent size allows me to display him next to WW when she comes out. Batman's PF is awesome but a little tall for my liking at 25 inches. Now here's hoping SS only does an ES of 1000-1500for the Ex of these guys so that these aren't overproduced and quality control can keep things in check. At these price$, they need to.

Yeah it's so hard to tell. Coming soon could mean anything.

The sculpt of Superman is perfect, albeit with a generic pose and a lackluster base. The head sculpt shown at the SDCC is perfect and the version I'm going to order. However, there are a few other head sculpts that could be interesting:

SSC could release those with a red base filled with red kryptonite.

No problem. I do the same thing all the time.

But Yeah the EX on this did not sell out for almost a week. So you would have to be sleeping under a rock or just not really want it to not get it.

With the NRD these days, there are no more server crashes and no more PO going out in 10 minutes. Times have gotten better IMO.
