Wait, so did we even get emails about the batch shipping? I mean, I expected it since thats how bats was but I never got any email about it. In fact, I have no received any emails about Supes since I POed him. All I'm saying is it would have been nice if they emailed us about the batch shipping and about changing the policy going forward that flex pay would get priority regardless of the order in which a PO was made. I really don't think that's too much to ask since it's not just based on me and is more about a general policy change that they just decided to make without giving notice to their customers. Again, I'm not bashing sideshow, I'm merely disappointed in how they handled their policy change.

Flex have been getting priority but there has been no indication that this is a policy change.
Maybe they are getting smaller batches than normal/expected.

Yes, Alex confirmed that flex pay orders were going out first. I'm not sure it's a new policy or merely the fact that the statue arrival happened to coincide with the last payment of the flex pay orders and instead of having to bump back some flex pay payments to next month and ship by order time/date they decided to just ship it to them first. It would be nice if SS clarified for future orders.
 
I didnt get any shipping info this time which is a first. I got the usual invoice for having been charged but nothing from FedEx or SS with a tracking number, I just tracked it via my SS Account on their website.

Exactly, all I'm sayin. I'm not canceling or *****ing about batch shipping. But a little notice to the me as a customer in the form of an email goes a long way in my book. It just sucks to not have heard ANYTHING from them thus far regarding policy or my order.
 
I hope I get my future statues first batch, but at the same time, as long as I get them with no damages.... I'll be a happy camper.

If SS would just allocate a set # of replacement parts for each batch, that would go a long way to keeping everyone happy. Any leftover replacements can be spread amongst all batches after they all have shipped. Maybe that's too simple?

I don't think they could tell people no if they had the parts. Because then it wouldn't be a no, it's be a "wait until we know if all the batch 2 replacements get used". Then with that wait process people's statues could break over the first couple weeks by accident and they could say they were waiting... Just a lot of issues with that plan.

There was a wait list for Batman parts. I think it's the only fair way to do it. Everyone should have equal opportunity at parts. It would also allow them to take stock of what else they needed after all batches shipped, and then make an order for more replacements.

The shipping emails from SS are definitely not sent at the time of shipping lately. I had SS Catwoman and HT Bruce Banner ship Thursday and Friday according to my account on Sideshow's site. I've been checking several times a day to see if the status in my Superman PF has changed (I can't help it--I want the damn thing to ship already) so I know they each shipped then because I checked the tracking numbers they gave me. I finally got shipping emails for each one today. Even the "you've been charged" notices and final invoices aren't getting to me until very late at night on the date I'm charged. Most if the time I don't see them until the next morning.
