The shipping emails from SS are definitely not sent at the time of shipping lately. I had SS Catwoman and HT Bruce Banner ship Thursday and Friday according to my account on Sideshow's site. I've been checking several times a day to see if the status in my Superman PF has changed (I can't help it--I want the damn thing to ship already) so I know they each shipped then because I checked the tracking numbers they gave me. I finally got shipping emails for each one today. Even the "you've been charged" notices and final invoices aren't getting to me until very late at night on the date I'm charged. Most if the time I don't see them until the next morning.

Yeah got the same thing going on. Checked Thursday SS said it shipped. Finally got the email today saying it shipped. Tuesday can't come fast enough. I also agree about the emails, newsletters, or even a bulletin on Sideshow's site stating the issue with the Superman PFs. You tell me what's going on I'm understandable. No communication and I can get a little annoyed having to find out what's happening. I don think the burden should be more on them than us having to all makes calls and post responses here. All in all this is the only time I've ever really had an issue with SS myself.
 
If SS would just allocate a set # of replacement parts for each batch, that would go a long way to keeping everyone happy. Any leftover replacements can be spread amongst all batches after they all have shipped. Maybe that's too simple?

Well I've accepted the possibility that I may be in one of the later batches and may not get him for another 2 or 3 months....So I'm not getting upset anymore...I'll get mine eventually..
 
I have raised my expectations. I am hoping for the last statue shipped out of the batch that comes after the final batch. In fact...give me the statue that comes after the last statue shipped. Dead last place for life!
 
Clearly those of us who haven't gotten ANY emails of any sort are in later batches. Would be nice to at least know how far off our orders are going to be...but I guess that's too much to ask.
