They are probably all complete but SSC is only getting them in waves as they lack the real estate to house them all at once.

Apparently there was enough room for all the Harley's, Black Widows, and Green Lantern life size busts on the boat

How do you know which batch you are in?

I too would like to know. I asked them if I was in the next batch and they said they didn't know yet. That sounds like they know and don't want to tell me that I'm in the 3rd or maybe 4th batch. I did ask them if this was the policy going forward and was assured that this would not be the case. So, it definitely sounds like they shipped the flex orders first because they charged them final payment, realized they didn't have enough pieces coming in, and decided to push full pay orders.
