I hadn't realized he shipped for some already (I've been out of the loop lately). Still no notice for me.
He turned out great but I think I'll sell him cause I just don't have the room and I want to concentrate on batman related.

really is a shame the majority of us didn't receive the Supes EX at the same time as opposed to Sideshow shipping them out in dribs and drabs 
it's kind of dampened all the excitement on this thread...great that some of you have already received yours but its not the same as when we all get it together 
and share in everyones experience and joy at the same time

What's surprising is that I believe I POed him right away without flex.

So I jumped on the EX WL about two weeks ago-what do you think the odds of a conversion are?
I think this may have already been explained but I too, POed first day this went up. The issue is that SSC charged flex payers their final payment and then realized AFTER that they weren't going to have enough in their first batch. So they decided they would push back full payment customers and ship to the flex payers they already charged. I was pretty damn upset but I can also see someone being more upset had they already paid in full and then had to wait 2 months to get their statue. It sucks but as long as I get mine in pristine condition, I will be happy
Course, if i get pushed to batch 3, I will again be on here ranting!

The problem with getting it late is the availability of replacement parts.. And sideshow was NEVER able to address it!!! To me this is something that makes sideshow customer service sub standard

Damn flex payers hogging all the cool Superman PF's.
Well they did say the Flex Payers would be fulfilled first right? We may not see ours until July or even August...But yet that email we got said that the one time EX payers would start getting fulfilled late May into June...So we'll see...
