No, Batman is 25" Superman, depending on which head you put on is either 25"(EX) or closer to 25.5"(reg)

Buying a lighted raised retail glass display case, but it maxes at 24 3/8. Probably be cool for my marvel pieces if Spidey will be 24...

It's good to leave yourself a two or three inches between the top of the statue and the shelf too though. I don't know if you have an Ikea near you but a good place to look for stuff is their scratch and dent department. You'd be surprised what you can find with minimal damage for cheap.

There was someone selling modded Ex heads with light up led eyes a few pages back. But I think that it was a limited run.
