That looks more like a glue failure at the boot/leg joint than a leaning problem.

yes in my case youre probably right, maybe i wrong wrote about this, in my case heavy cloak break statue in half and break cloak head and leg, but in other case in Poland i guarantee you i see pictures that superman is completely crooked, so thats why i wrote that superman leaning down and is wrong designed, polystone is not that strong material like people thinks but when i bought statue i never think it could really happen, even if i see that cloak weight is probably same with body of superman and thats problem, i have leonidas thor and batman michael keaton and all has material cloak, thank God,
I've twice had problems with SS statues that I purchased from other sources, one was a local comic shop, the other was from the Midtown Comics website. In both cases, the sellers contacted their Sideshow rep and the problems were resolved efficiently. Maybe I've just been lucky?
Has this guy contacted the LCS?

That's what I figured that SS would be pretty good with dealing with the retailers they are aware of that distribute / sell SS figures. However for madejson not sure as I've never dealt / bought a figure from ebay before not sure what the recourse would be if any..

Will there eventually be a good time to sell the Bats and Supes PFs and get our money back, after they sell out on the site? I think I'm sold on what Prime 1 is dishing out and I want to start making room and saving up for their 1/4 scale line. Now I'm wishing I got the exclusives, but I have the regular, and only the Bats EX batarang hand.
Best time is probably right now. With SS having issues with the current Supes batch and not being able to ship any out. Plus, it looks like the original run had a better paint job (at least in color choice) than the new one will have.
Best you can hope for is to break even or to only take a small loss. I don't see the value of the regular editions increasing any time soon, if ever.

sideshow support told me today they cant give any refunds or replacaments sold by other retailers
of course i contact with ebay seller yesterday but the funny thing is i have to contact with him that he sell brand new poorly designed sideshow statue instead major producer i dont know maybe in europe we have different rules but i always think that problem has to resolved with company not with go-between seller which have nothing to do with that, hope he can help but i understand this is not a perfect world and if sideshow doesnt care, so my statue probably go to trash. We guys from Europe never pay 700 USD instead 400 USD, thats why we buy on ebay its simple, if you live in USA you buy from USA from 400 not for 700 from Europe right? thats completely normal for everybody (i dont know what are taxes and postage cost in USA but i think similar to ours) so sideshow is ridicoulous for me, i bought THEIR statue not ebay statue which is a broker nothing more

Sideshow will take care of it but it needs to go through the proper channels. Just because you don't like their answer it doesn't mean they're not willing to help.
If you don't like Sideshow's reply file a claim through eBay.

I feel your pain in terms of buying from SS, here in Canada (we're just up North and part of the same continent!) it cost me an additional $1,000 from shipping and customs for my Doom LSF. Makes the hobby 10 times more expensive compared to living in the US I imagine. But for such big purchases I don't trust ebay either so I have to eat the cost unfortunately for SS..
You're better off buying direct, yeah you pay more, but you get the protection
You should be blaming the eBay seller...he's the one you need to contact to get to Sideshow
