You'd swap the Green Lantern with the Robin body?

Or do you mean you'd take the costume from the muscled 13" GL and put it on a 1/6 body so GL would look like a little boy in his dad's pajamas?

hehe, the second one, but I'd also do some retailoring of the costume to make it fit better :)

The cape looks like its a bit big around the neck, looks like he's wearing a turtle neck. Otherwise I think it looks pretty awesome. Looks like he's shorter than Batgirl. I think I would buy one if I could find a pair of green tights for him to wear instead of the underwear looking shorts.

Just got my Robin and opened him - you can see from that pic how he compares with the other DC13. I have to say Robin is pretty great aside from the already noticed major drawback. The cape isn't connected to the tunic and it rides up exposing his neck underneath. I'll probably tack it down with some thread, but it's very annoying. Otherwise the costume is excellent. The cape can come around to the front and the whole design has a very Neal Adams feel - he goes really well with the classic Neal Adams Batman. The green shorts and sleeves are a unitard, like Burt Ward wore.

He doesn't come with 2 heads as they solicitation images implied, but much better - a removeable mask like Green Lantern. At first I thought they gave us 2 masks exactly alike, but one is black and the other a dark forest green as Robin was sometimes depicted in the comics. Really a great detail for them to include. Another positive - 3 sets of hands! fist and bendy as before, but also an accessory sculpted open set like Batgirl had.

DCD has put some head scratching accessories in with their DC13 (I mean that they make you go "huh?", not that you can use them to scratch your head), but Robin's is pretty nifty. It looks like a standard Batarang with a handle and a rope. But the bottom of the batarang is spring loaded and it turns to make a grappling hook. I never would have discovered this if the rope ring holding the rope to the grapple hadn't fallen off.

Overall I'm pretty pleased with him aside from the cape collar. The scale is good with Batman for a Perez Teen Titans era Robin and it makes me hope they go ahead with Kid Flash, Aqualad and Wonder Girl. The innovations of the different removeable masks and actually listening to the fans and including spare hands makes me like the line a lot more.

The big question though is how much would you feel like this figure is worth?

I don't see how $70 worth of figure there...and the prices are still increasing!

I paid about $56 with the LCS discount. But is it a good a value as a $70 Tatooine Luke with lots of accessories? No it's not. But it's the only
semi-1/6th scale Robin on the market.

Couls some post a pic of him next to a SSC figure? I'm really considering getting this one, but want to know just how big he'll be.

Here is a scale picture with SS Obi Wan per a request. The DC smaller 'teen" body is about the same size as a 1/6 scale figure.

Also of note, they improved the upper arm cut joint so it isn't as noticeable but the leg ones need to be moved closer to the hip and improved as well.

For anyone that has this and doesn't like the way the cape collar rides up too high on the front, I fixed mine by putting a small drop of super glue on the bottom of the collar on each side and tacked them to the vest. It helps improve the "turtleneck" look (still there a little because of the thickness of fabric) of the collar but it is better without having a gap from the cape and vest.
