When did series 2 start shipping?

Probably about 2 weeks ago. They are starting to trickle in. My comic shop gave me the heads up last week when I stopped in.

Got Robin (x2), Man-Bat and Joker today from my local comic store. The paint on them is surprisingly good from what I can see. Joker looks a little better in person, I picked it up because the paint was actually clean.

I'll be opening up Robin. If he's okay quality control wise, I'll get a second Man-Bat and Joker to open.

I'm setting up everything as I speak.

I opened up Robin and Man-Bat, and honestly, they're prefect. No breakages, snaps, bad paint or anything. They came out really well. I was one of the people that got burned by the horrendous Wave 1 quality control, but DCC have redeemed themselves here. The plastic is way better than the crappy TNBA Batman I had. Everything swapped out nicely, especially Man-Bat's wings. For me, this is the beginning of the line. They should go back and redo Wave 1 to match this quality.

Got my set today. I've got one stuck joint on Joker, and I'm a bit worried about Robin's fragile joints, so I might use the hair drier anyway. Man-Bat is absolutely perfect. The joints don't even stick in the slightest. Great accessories with this batch, too. Can't believe Man-Bat cost as much as the others.

Do Robin's boots swivel left and right? They look like they do but mine don't move and i'm wondering if they are stuck or if they just aren't supposed to move

Yeah, the boots swivel. I thought mine were stuck, but they moved and turn great. It looked like they were sculpted to the legs, but they're not.

Man bat looks freaking Amazing and so does Robin.. Yeah they need to revisit line 1 ASAP!

Nice if I can sell my HT Batman figs I'm gonna order all three... These figures just seem way more exciting than these almost not poseable HT figs I have... If anyone is interested I have Batman 89 with Tony Mei Cape,Joker 89,Mime Joker,66 Batman, and 66 Robin... Hit me up if any of us guys are interested.

Also, I love the detail on Robin's second cape. Really cool that it can be posed over one shoulder to allow him to raise his grapnel into the air. Great attention to detail.

As amazing as Man-Bat is, I think Robin wins this wave for me. Mostly because I have the Kenner series, and that Man-Bat was very similar to this one. Meanwhile, Kenner's Robin was a cheap reuse of the Batman Returns Robin figure with extra sculpt details that really bothered me as a kid. This is the Robin toy I always wanted.
