Both Mr. Freeze and Two-Face look amazing. What I love about this line is the way they've have taken relatively simple designs and somehow added an extra level of detail without sacrificing the original look. The best way to put it is when you watch an episode with just the "standard" animation then watch another episode with the higher quality, more fluid animation. The same character designs were used but the end results were drastically different.

What are you talking about? What episodes are those or are you talking about other animated shows that do that?

Compare "Robin's Reckoning Part 1" to "Mad as a Hatter." With the new series, compare "Never Fear" to "Cult of the Cat."
You'll notice a significant change in animation quality. Reason being, when episodes are ordered, several different animation houses work on different shows to meet deadline schedules. Best way to think of it is having different artists drawing a comic book. Same character designs but different interpretations.

I liked the newer designs a lot better than the originals, so these releases make me very happy.

While I preferred the original, I still liked the re-designs... In fact, my favorite episode comes from the re-designs (Over The Edge). So I too am really happy to see these mixed in.

And I am not worried at all about the line dying before we get to everybody. I have literally never seen this much excitement for a DC Collectibles/ DC Direct line. These things are going to sell like mad.

Hell yeah they are gonna sell like hot cakes... Just about almost anything Batman sells so IDK why ppl are getting worried even before the figures 1st wave are out....

Hell yeah they are I can't wait to get these guys... I hope the packing is more like boxes that way it's Collector Friendly much like the Figuarts Boxes....

Yeah, that's the only thing that's prevented me from getting into the Arkham lines. That packaging is awesome, but, perhaps it's too awesome to destroy. I just have never liked having to rip something apart. Even when I was little, I'd try to cut around the plastic bubble on the card and tape it back together, later.

Seeing how this Two-Face comes with his gasmask from "Sins of the Father" makes me hope that his TAS incarnation is based on "Two-Face," and that it includes an alternate "hooded" head, or a removable hairpiece for the damaged side, and the good, or something.

It's weird that I look at that lineup and think no way will that happen. They have a hardon for TNBA which blows.
