Just picked up my Phantasm set. No painted lips on any of the ones at my LCS

Phantasm looks great as does the new Batman head even without the white on it.

Surprised by the lack of batarang and grapple gun in the set compared to the single release of Batman

Really? I saw a review and the guy said it comes with it, but it's inside the box somewhere.

I love how Croc can be positioned as if he's swimming. Very cool. Wish Man-Bat could be positioned to look more like he's flying...

Worst case scenario, if it's that bad.. there's still this clayface.. and although it seems too small, it's not that bad:

If BTAS Clayface is not changed... I am going to use that one. Looks good to me.

Not so sure about using that Clayface for The Animated Series line.
Although very similar, it looks very realistic to me, as if it was the live-action version of BTAS Clayface, you know?

Worst case scenario for me would be perhaps cut Kenner Clayface's head off and glue it on DCC's.
The DCC and Kenner's Clayfaces complete each other: the DCC's body is great but the head is terrible, while the Kenner's head is good but the body is bad.

Don't know if it would work, but... Who knows.

Yeah Bruce Timm never explained how her body shrunk once she took the mask off - when joker figures her out, she just pulls it off and in the very next shot she has Andrea's body. Just like they never explained how she made smoke appear so she could disappear once she took the mask off as the theme park was exploding.

Maybe Andrea used the same trick, D. Grayson (WHY the f. CAN'T I write his regular name? WHAT is WRONG with THAT?) used while acting as Bruce Wayne? xD

Oh yea this head DEFINETILY looks BETTER than Single Batz!
Maybe I'll try getting this pack (when I find a good deal *cry*) and sell mine. the single just is an insult for "real" BTAS-Batman.
I really HOPE he will look the same way, when he is on sale. not willing to live to see the same desaster with the first BTAS-Batman release. If someone got him already: SHARE PHOTOS! >w<
oh and for my case I somehow preffer him without painted teeth.

It just seems odd to me - - i also collect the amazingly detailed Arkham toy line and each of those figures are covered in so many colors and so many details - - but when it comes to the animated figures with like 4 or 5 colors on them, they can't remember to paint batman's teeth white hahahaha

I bet everyone is offline and watching The Force Awakens in theaters now (I did yesterday night), but anyway...

Just wanted to share that I gave Harley's eyelids another chance and painted them white, and this time I'm really pleased:



Also, for the first time, I had Joker hold the laughing fish, and it looks fantastic!!
Such a cool figure with a cool accessory.

But this proves my point that they really have to find a way to put the blue highlights in figure form. Also I don't think the two pack Bats has the frown lines
