Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

That's great news, phantasm!

Here's our first glimpse of the actual showroom floor instead of just the press event table:

At least the expressions pack is on display.

Also, a nicer idea of the scale of the Batsignal:

How are the heads going to work? BTAS Batman's head doesn't pop off easily does it? I know the TNBA one's does to switch capes, not sure about BTAS though.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

I hope they do some modifications to Lois and Superman before they get released. Again, Lois's head is too small. Plus she looks like a B***h. She looks PO'd. Howbout a smile DCC? And Superman's neck is a bit too long. I hope Ivy and Freeze are done better.

I've seen him use each of those accessories in an at least one episode each. I like that DCC is giving us such a vast array of accessories

Lois looks the way she did after Justice Lord Superman locked her in her apartment and wouldn't let her out.:lol

Yeah Po'd and skinny lol
I love in that episode how he is sitting at the table in his Justice Lords costume eating dinner.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

^^^ Same here, and Mr Freeze too!!

But.... I seem to recall in previous years where something wasn't allowed to be photographed, we didn't get to see whatever it was until months afterwards :( For example, when Roxy's rocket was shown but not allowed to be photographed, or when Clayface was first shown but not allowed to be photographed.

I'm not getting my hopes up too much that we'll see Ivy or Freeze at the con.

You know, last year, DCC revealed full waves of 4 regular figs each at the SDCC, plus had Clayface not be photographed, which would later be part of another wave revealed at ToyFair.

But this year, DCC has only revealed 2 regular figures (TNBA Riddler and Catwoman). That's not even a full wave whatsoever.
One would assume BTAS Freeze and Ivy are part of those 2 figs' wave, right?

It makes no sense to only debut 2 regular figs for this line + 2 deluxe packs, one not even being part of the Batman Animated line.

No, if there r 2 TNBA figures, then there is a third one from that season and the forth one will be from BTAS.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

$55 srp for that Superman pack with no accessories is pricey. And $40 for the heads and capes? I'm glad they packaged them together, but they should be $25 tops..

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

That price is waaaayyy too high. Apparently it must come with the base figure as well (It says figure in the description). No thanks.

Agreed. I'll wait and buy the Phantasm cape loose. I suppose it could be worse though. I was expecting the capes with yet another batman for 45 lol

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Also just noticed TNBA Catwoman does actually come with a whip. I was bummed when I didn't see one in the pics. Hopefully we get a new Isis sculpt

That Riddler though man... Look at him with his scene girl shoes lol

Just because that has been tradition so far doesn't mean that it is a rule set in stone. They could assort these any way the choose.
