Stepped away from this thread for a little while and just read about the accesories we are getting! Cannot wait to see photos showing off the articulation and accessories of these guys. At SDCC hopefully?

I remember watching a vid on YouTube with Jim Fletcher of DCC (this was at NYCC this year) and he said "this line, we've already actually planned out a LOT of waves, so next time we see you guys you're gonna see like half a booth full". So hopefully he was referring to SDCC being the next time we see them, and hopefully we'll see the next two waves of figures.

Seeing as how the first two waves only have one female character each, here's my predictions for the next two waves:

Wave 3: (BTAS) Batgirl (TNBA) Scarecrow, Riddler, The Mad Hatter

Wave 4: (BTAS) Batman, Penguin, Harley (TNBA) Bane

I hope that Ivy can stand up. None of my Ivy figures from DC Collectibles stand even with the stands they come with ( fall over with stand still connected). Way to tiny feet, or stupid pre posed feet.

I'm sure will but if not I will use the Figuarts Act 4 stands... Much better than the DC stands in my opinion...

So it seems this might be the type of box we're going to get with the animated series figures. It's different from the other lines, but not too bad. If these are the boxes, then it means you have to destroy the packaging when opening them, and I'm not sure how I feel about that...

Well, it's not official yet, but those are the new boxes DCC is using for the animated movie figures. It could be just the animated movies though. They might give the animated series their own distinctive box.

Since they are going all out with the Animated Series figures, I can see them being much like the Figuarts boxes....

Yeah, I like those. I like the size of those too. Those new box I posted are big, especially when you compare them to their previous packaging (I saw a video on youtube)

I'm willing to believe that if they're doing the figures so right with all of those accessories that they will make a new box design just for the them.

Another thing to keep in mind, though is that Fletcher said that these were "on the lower end of things" during one of his interviews. A $19.99 price point, etc.; I'm not sure those could actually house all of the accessories they plan on including without looking overcrowded.
