In my opinion as much as it makes sense for DC to pull a Marvel and have a buildup to the team, i personally think they should just dive right in and do a single film where the Justice League unites and kick@$$.
I know alot of people had different opinions on the new52 storyline but JL #1, regardless of the dialoug brought the team together pretty well, that be a great "treatment" for how they could bring the team together in liveaction. I think it be cool to see a movie like Justice League unfold all in 1 epic night or event, it would keep you on the edge of your seat and not have any slowparts developing characters we already know, if you dont know superman and batmans origin get out from under the rock, every average moviegoer should know it by now. Like i said, id dive right into the story, the cast would have to be brilliant tho and have alot of chemistry. Not to mention have a team behind the camera that know the material, but also know the art of film, Get DC entertainment involved, get Zack Snyder involved, get Nolan invovled, get everyone involved!!!
