Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

I think Buttmunch that all 3 of your waves would be good. It would be nice to get a nightwing and harley's revenge Harley. My two most wanted are Deadshot and Black Mask for some reason. I just like the character designs I think.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Do you guys think that DCC would incorpoate the downloadable Batman skins as Batman variants (Batman: Beyond, Incorporated[Earth One], Returns, Animated, 1970)?:dunno
As suggested earlier, a Mad Hatter Batman would be a great addition to any collection, as would Harleys Revenge Harley and a Clayface Joker w/ sword.
Also, I really think we will see some GCPD figures to compliment the thugs.:lecture

I would hope they would be smart enough to release the skins versions, I know Play Arts is releasing a Frank Miller TDKR version from the Arkham City game, so why not DCC? I think it would be awesome!!!

Agreed. A Batman Beyond figure worthy of buying would go a long way aswell. Would be cool to see some of the Robin skins incorporated into a figure aswell.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

I hope the new waves consist of:
Bruce Wayne
Talia al Ghul
Two-Face
Huge Strange
Grundy
Jim Gordon

Next Wave:
Batman variant: muddy with Ras' sword
Clayface
Deadshot
Nightwing
Penguin thug
two face thug

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Grrrr... stupid signature required on my set from CSC today. So of course UPS tries while I'm at work. Hopefully I can pick it up later tonight or tomorrow.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Did you order the whole wave or just certain characters?

Full wave.

I was able to pick them up tonight. Only have opened Titan Joker so far. He is massive! I can see why they went with a price increase. He's practically the size of a massive 1/6 figure! He's very impressive. Makes Croc look small :lol

Makes me really hopefully for Grundy! :drool

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Quick and crappy pic of every DCD Arkahm figure and the two Mattel figures (Nightwing and Two-face). I definatley need to move these onto a second shelf at least :lol

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

^ looking good Buttmunch! Yeah you definitely need more space since a lot of them are hidden. Shame that Bane can hardly be seen at all too... would be very nice if DCC remake him in the deluxe line.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Did anyone pick up an Azrael that was missing a right shoulder piece? I'm just wondering if the part was floating around in the bottom of the package. I've got one like this, and I can't tell if it's in there. I hate to open it and then be stuck with an incomplete figure.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Azrael only has one shoulder piece. :)

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

That's so helpful. The right shoulder has a piece that snaps off. It doesn't look like mine has it. Just wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

I'm sure you'll get more responses if you avoid being sarcastic to people trying to help. I thought you meant the right arm as you look at it, when you meant Azrael's right - but it's a good job you brought forward an attitude because that's really helped the situation, and increased the chances of you getting a response.

Just return it if you don't think it's in there. ROCKET SCIENCE.

Pictures would help us more eh skaro!

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

I love how you mention sarcasm when both of your posts have been dripping with it. I'm not sure if you know, but Azrael has been short-packed, so there's a chance that I might not get a replacement. If someone had a similar issue and found the piece in the package, I would feel better about opening it and risk not not being able to send it back. If you're not one of those people, why are you even replying? QUANTUM PHYSICS.

Because I thought that you thought he was meant to have two shoulder plates, as I previously explained. My first post wasn't sarcasm.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

I'll try to post a pic of mine a little later. There's the shoulder plates that are sculpted on, but there's also a piece that fits over the right shoulder that's missing on mine. I can see the small post that it clips on to.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - DC Direct - Series 1 action figures

Some over on the Fwoosh were also reporting that theirs were missing the shoulder guard.

Just picked up series 3 and Titan Joker from CSC today. Really impressed with Titan Joker, the figure is HUGE! He also has a nice amount of articulation. He is a bit top heavy though, wish they would've given him ankle articulation.

Series 3 is nice. Batman still suffers from that midget fist for his right hand. The thugs are a bit short too. Other than that, no complaints.

Really looking forward to what DCC announces for what's next in this line. This could be the most complete Batman line ever released when its all said and done.
