I'm starting to think that gravity and my tile floors have teamed up against me to make my life hell. My Two-Face apparently fell earlier and now I can't find that stupid coin of his. Ugh, this is going to take forever to find. I still haven't heard back from DCC, I'll let you guys know if I get a reply back with some valuable info.
EDIT: Found it

I sent an email to DCC about an unrelated issue earlier, but mentioned looking forward to the Arkham Ivy offhand. I could screencap the whole email but I think there's only one part that's relevant:

"Just to let you know- we have had to put Ivy on hold for a bit until we can get stronger orders from our retailers. But we hope to have her out in the market at some point.

Kev"

So to clarify, it's probably still gonna be coming out at some point, we just have to wait a little while longer.

Why wouldn't retailers buy Ivy???

The first Ivy is not that great.... You need a stand just to display her and even then she leans with no articulation in the legs.

Retailers order what is ordered. If people aren't pre-ordering Ivy, retailers aren't ordering Ivy. But places like DCBS flat out canceling orders for Ivy aren't doing any good there as there won't be any more orders for her if she can't be ordered. But it sounds like DCC has had a lot of stinkers lately and have been having a problem moving product, so if something isn't selling well instead of going forward with it like in the past, they're just shelving them and moving forward only with products with enough orders to justify production.

I got a similar response in my email, shame about Ivy in the meantime. Hopefully we'll get her soon enough.

Thanks for reaching out. It really is as simple as low initial orders. Retailers didn’t order those items to a level that it made it financially make sense to go into production. We hope to be able to offer the items at some future time when the retail market is in a better place to accept them.

We still intend to move ahead on the Batgirl/Oracle 2 Pack depending on how initial orders come in for that set.

Thanks again for checking in,
Kev

It's a shame really, as I feel like the Arkham series of figures are quite possibly what strengthened DCD/DCC's popularity and reputation when they first started out with them. The line grew so fast in popularity, and figures sold out fast too. I'm pretty sure it was their best ever selling line at the time.

It's sad that momentum on the line has now slowed down so much that it's leading to figures being cancelled. I think this line deserved to be kept on top of instead of having huge gaps in-between new waves of figures, and that way it would have kept it's momentum. They should have had way more Arkham Knight villain figures released/announced by now and in good solid waves of them too, not the random assortment we got with Ivy in. They should have announced an Arkham Knight Batmobile too (as much as it was hated by a lot of fans I bet collectors would have still snapped it up and it would have boosted interest in the line too). I feel like pre-sales would have been higher for these figures if the momentum in the line hadn't slowed so much....

It seems the future of Arkham figures is a little shaky at the minute, and I guess DCC's comments of 'we'll return to previous games for future figures' can now be assumed won't happen. I don't see them doing figures from the new Arkham VR game really, so unless a proper new Arkham related game gets released soon I don't see them making any more than what's due to be released. Especially if the pre-sales aren't supporting them.

On the other hand, they may know something we don't, and there could be a new Arkham game just around the corner which they're currently working on and are unable to say anything about. There's a chance they could be making figures for that I suppose and putting these Knight ones on the back-burner until then.

I can see them continuing, the only problem is the 3-4 figure series and the huge wait between releases.

I can wait just hope they keep going.
Also had hoped they may look into older figures with return to Arkham coming but that too is delayed [emoji20]

DCC needs to unveil something BIG to get interest going in the lines again. I'm thinking either a deluxe Croc figure or maybe, like sfa suggested, the Batmobile. Preferably at SDCC.

I'd be down for an Arkham Knight Batmobile.
And I'd love to see them tackle the Jokermobile from the game's ending, maybe even a grinning Batman with green eyes.

Hey guys, Iv almost completed this line, the last figure I need is Zsasz. Is there any realistic option to get him other than to pay OTT on eBay?
