Just watched the pilot connected to the game my company just launched! Thought the show was pretty damn good so hopefully this boosts the game as well! Lookin forward to episode 2!

Same here! I must say, they really went big with Defiance.. big budget, video game, tv show, awesome soundtrack... Hopefully the rest of the show can live up to the pilot or be even better. I miss a new good sci-fi tv-show in my life, I hope this one can be it!
I'm going to give it a few more shows before I decide.
I don't care much for the "designs", clothing and makeup, for Datak and his kind. I can't put my finger on it, but it bothers me for some reason. Oh, and her seducing her husband by pulling his woo woo to get her way is just too........human.
Was it just me, or did Nolan and Irisa remind you of these two? Which is okay because I love this movie and I like Nolan.
I have a feeling the Mayor is going to be totally annoying to me.

I was hoping Defiance was gonna be awesome I didn't really like it, but I will try and watch second episode. The robots looked nice though

That's Molly Ringwald and Peter Strauss from Spacehunter Adventures in the Forbidden Zone.
I saw the pilot, I liked it a lot more then I thought I would. I wish the SFX makeup for the Castithan was better though. I'll be tuning in for future eps.

Molly Ringwald's character was far more chatty then Irisa Nyira is in Defiance and she couldn't do anything but act as a guide, Irisa is at least very skilled with a knife. Also there was a romance developing between the two characters in Spacehunter.
They just reminded me of those two is all. The sorta love/hate relationship they both have.
You probably won't like it. It's cheezy.....

Watched MOST of the pilot, enjoyed it, ill def tune in again, these kind of shoes i always enjoy so im interested to see where it goes, hopefully it finds its audience. Any idea how the ratings where?
