the shirt, i kno i know, it's all I had at the time and I was eager to see the suit.
it's on hot toys adv. so I know it should be on a slim or narrow

Why it should be on a narrow or a slim ? It looks good as it is, Denzel is quite a big guy, no ? Am I missing something ? :p

And the Toms Forrest suit looks nice on him.

the suit looked kinda tight on him. (quite tighter than one it looks like in the photo)
also, in the movie, the suit was quite looser on him I thought.

the tom forrest suit is very excellently tailored though

in the midst of my crunch time schedule, I did a repaint upon special request since I normally don't do repaints.
I was actually really hoping to do a little repainting this summer for fun,
and so I finally did :D

I'm definitely no where near the top dog repainters here,
just repainting a few today (Man On Fire, Will Smith, Van Zan, and Book of Eli) reminded me again how hard it is to actually repaint.
Much respect to all you repainters out there!

I'll post the others later this week when I'm settled but I did this one for a client so I might as post'm here:

Dan what on earth are you talking about your a fantastic painter!!! That is bloody immense!!!

Really you need to praise yourself a bit more, that really is a beautiful job!!! I especially love the hair and beard, just top notch :clap

You are too modest Daniel, those are some impressive paint jobs! Can't wait to see Will Smith :panic:

I think your paint jobs are awesome mate! You have brought the likeness and the feel of the character beautifully. As you are also the sculptor you know how this should look so before you started the paint job you have that picture in your head! All I'm saying is that paint job is perfect mate fantastic work :)

Thank you for the comments. I figure most non-1:6 scale collectors who see my work actually like to see it painted than just gray so I like having some of these on my shelf

THanks man, I actually had to refer to your paintjob a couple times for lip reference ;)

i was lucky enough to get my hands on this sculpt, i got in the post today, and i must say it is a work of art, its an amazing sculpt, and now i know what suit to get for it. Keep up the good work Daniel.

hey deak yes they will be,
but I wont be able to ship out the glasses until I get back in December, and so I'm wondering if I should wait til then to sell a few more and ship them with the glasses?
about 10 left in the mold i think

Well, I need both so whatever works for you. I just saw this movie and thought it was awesome. I should have seen this in the theater. :(

I just painted up a pair of Washingtons (plus another recognizable sculpt) for a fellow board member, thought I'd post them here. :)
