We did, but forgot one very important tool. If anyone made it in and got any pics, can you post some of them?

Mrs. Mac has a mad-crush on David Tennant and was kicking herself for forgetting her camera.

No sonic screwdrivers...that I know of anyway, and I was there for the whole panel. If I missed out on a freebie I'll be bummed. :mad:

They showed some footage of the special (I believe)...some of Tennant's last stuff....made me sad. :(
 
Seriously... I love Tennant.

Any footage on the new Doctor? What kinds of interesting questions or tidbits were brought up? (no spoilers please)

No footage of the new doctor (I don't think - I don't know who the new doctor is so if they did I would have had no idea :eek: :lol) They did talk about him though.

It was a lot of talk about what a huge hit Dr. Who has become here in the States and how crazy it is in England...and how they all feel about that...and how they had been fans for a long time of the series....not a lot of spoilers except for the footage they showed. One takes place in Mars and looked scary! Then the final one where they showed
the Master
. (don't think it's a spoiler....just a character they showed...but I'll keep it hidden in case some folks think it is).

Not exactly. They talked about how it's difficult to gauge how Doctor Who has done in the US because the ratings are quite small and the show is comparatively unknown, and yet the people who are into it are really into it. I don't think anyone was under the illusion it's a "huge hit."

I just recently got cable - so I haven't seen any of the episodes from Season 4.....:( So sadly, most of the footage they showed made no sense to me.

Well...it's definitely a much bigger hit than they expected it to be over here. ;)
